Installare MapServer su Windows XP (o 2000 o 2003) e vivere felici

Scrivo questo post, perche' a me, quando e' servito di installare MapServer, e' preso lo sconforto piu' totale non riuscendo a trovare qualcosa di "semplice" per installare questa applicazione.. [Prosegue]
